Flaws and all

You are always looking for a secret, but you don't know what it is. You try to find it in your job, or money you have saved up, or how many women you've dated and slept with. But deep down inside, no matter what happens around you - good things like winning the lottery or bad things like losing all your friends - there's one thing that cannot change no matter what: YOU.

Flaws and all

You are the thing that cannot be changed. You feel a certain way about yourself, and no matter what happens, you're always going to feel that way. There's nothing in this world or beyond it - whatever religion or philosophy you believe in - that can change how you see yourself. How others treat you is more like a reflection of your self-image than anything else.

You look for the secret in money, or status, or women because what you really want is to feel loved and accepted. But there's no amount of money that can make you feel truly loved - it becomes more about appearances. Same goes for how much sex you have: It's not particularly fulfilling unless the partner loves you.

However, you can't find the secret in love or acceptance because that's not really what you want. It's more about wanting to feel like you're a good person.

You try to find the secret in all these things, but they don't really change you. You can do them for a while and it's fun, but after a while you're back where you started: feeling like shit about yourself.

The secret cannot be found, and it's not to be sought after. The only thing you need is to accept who you really are - flaws and all.
